Perusha Hayami is an 11-years-old girl who grew up in Africa. On her way back to Japan she gets lost in Lovely Dream, the land of fairies.
Lovely Dream is covered with ice because of shortage of "love power". There, she finds that the peace of the world is at stake, and fairies need help from Pelsia.
The fairies ask her to collect "Love Energy" which is gained only when unrewarded passions and long held aspirations are fulfilled.
Pelsia decides to help Queen Faerie save Lovely Dream by collecting love power trying as hard as she can to help people who need support.
The fairies give her a magical hairband and a magic wand to achieve her mission. Using the magic power, Pelsia transforms herself into a 17-year-old girl with different outfits.
Pelsia returns to Japan and uses the magic wand given to her by Queen Faerie to change into different kinds of grownups to help people and lean what love is.
Will Persia be able to collect enough Love Energy to save the fairy's world?
